As a Product Manager, you will work with the core team to build world-class products for our users, primarily in the domain of personal finance. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with world-class engineers to execute it. Among other attributes, influential leadership should be one of your characteristics so that you know that your job doesn't stop with a completed product. You must be committed to creating great products, and eager to make things work better.
Eligibility
- Preferably B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA in Computer Science or a related technical field. MBA will be a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of product management or product design experience.
- Experience in developing Internet products and technologies.
- Excellent oral communication, organisational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience of developing products from concept to launch.
- Market knowledge of Internet-related industries. Personal finance knowledge would be a plus.
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Very aggressive and a highly self-driven individual, with the ability to manage the marketing team and to work with multiple stakeholders such as engineering, sales, and finance
- Ability to build effective working relationships with CxOs/HR and finance heads of client companies
- Should use reasoning, persuasive arguments, personal credibility, and knowledge of group dynamics to get an individual or group to support a recommended course of action
- Ability to set marketing objectives that support broader TaxSpanner agenda/charter/mission and the ability to set the critical few, truly measurable indicators to measure against goals
- Should keep stakeholders aligned and articulate benefits and costs of both achieving and not achieving goals and communicates to stakeholders to build consensus. Keeps stakeholders informed of progress
Job Description
- Understand and analyse user needs, and conduct research on markets and competitors.
- Establish short-term and long-term product goals and strategies.
- Build and manage a product's roadmap to support our goals and strategies.
- Build the workflow of the product.
- Initiate and prioritise product development scope within engineering, track product development and develop product launch plans.
- Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedule.

Sr. Web Designer (UI Designer)

As a Senior Web Designer, you will work with the core team to build world-class products for our users, primarily in the domain of personal finance. You must be committed to creating great products, and eager to make things work better.
Eligibility
- Total experience of 4-5 years, with a minimum of 2+ years experience in web design roles.
- Proven skills in graphic design. Your design portfolio should demonstrate an excellent eye for typography, mastery of clean and intuitive layouts, purposeful color, and a strong attention to detail. Your work should show a deep appreciation for simple, sleek, usable interfaces.
- Hands-on experience on HTML/XHTML/DHTML & CSS, Table less HTML coding (DIV tag)
- Advance knowledge of JavaScript and AJAX with Jquery Framework
- Expertise in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash
- Experience working with OSS environment
- Working knowledge of XML and XSLT
- Ability to develop cross-platform browser compatible web pages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment.
